The control system  has been changed from the normal 5600se to an advanced 6600 metered system but everything else remains the same,the Micro-soft 3000 series however is so much simpler to set up and commission, and automatically works out a reserve capacity for softened water to make sure that even used under varying household sizes it will never let you run out of softened water.
The plumbing remains the same as any other of our water softeners, and is not that much different to plumbing in a washing machine. the setting up ( commissioning) procedure is the simplest of all water softener only requiring 2 buttons to press. The first is to set the time of day, the second is to set the appropriate hardness for your area, again a very simple up or down button is all that is needed.
