DELIVERY
At Flowsoft we offer a free delivery service within the UK mainland for Water Softeners and Drinks dispensers.
All other items are charged at £2.50 for items less than £100.00 and £8.00 for all other stock.
Most of our products are delivered next day by couriers, but you are advised to allow 48 hours before contacting us if you have not received your consignment.
All items are normally held in stock, but if for any reason we for see any delay we will contact you to advise.
If the outer carton is damaged and you suspect that the contents may also be damaged please do not accept delivery, if you do accept delivery please make a note of it on the receipt section before signing.
All damage to products must be reported to us within 24 hrs, of receipt.
