RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged when you unpack it please advise us immediately and we will advise you on the best method of returning it to us.
Upon receipt we will inspect it and arrange to send you a replacement immediately.
If you decide upon receipt that you do not require your product for any reason other than damage (as above) please contact us immediately stating your reasons, and you may return it within 7 days of delivery, undamaged and unused in its original container for a full refund.
Refunds will be made by cheque and dispatched as soon as is practical,normally within 48 hours of the product being returned to us in good order. |
