Live in Kent?

We supply and install all over Kent, from Dover and Folkestone to Chatham and Canterbury, we have recently installed softener in,Rochester, Ashford, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay and most points in between. 

Live outside of Kent

We are unable to install, service or repair water softeners further afield than Kent and SE London, for these services a local plumber or water softener specialist should be sought. If a (proved) problem is found such as a manufacteres fault is found within the guarantee period and the softener has been serviced according to the manufacterers instructions (if over 12 months old from the date of sale) the unit will be repaired or replaced under our return to base guarantee, at our discrection, the return carriage from our base to your address will be borne by ourselves.
